Because of a diagnosis of autoimmune lung disease, Methotrexate and Folic Acid were discontinued in April 2011 and replaced with Imuran.
Following an ER visit in July 2011 with severe abdominal pain and elevated liver enzymes, Imuran was discontinued.
In August 2011, I began Arava 20mg every day.
Sometime in 2012, Sulfasalazine 500mg tablets were added and gradually increased from 1 twice a day to 3 twice a day.
As of May 2013
Arava 20mg daily
Sulfasalazine 500mg tablets - 3 tablets twice a day
Prednisone 5mg every day - up to 15mg a day as needed
Tramadol 100mg ES - 1 or 2 every day
September 2014
Added Rituxan infusions X 2 to above meds
(Did not continue after 1 cycle)

Arava 20mg daily
Sulfasalazine 500mg tablets = 3 tablets twice a day
Prednisone 2.5mg daily
Tramadol 50mg - every 6 hours as needed
